RETURNS AND REFUNDS

*We offer free returns.

Please review the following to be sure your purchase is eligible for a refund.  If eligible for a refund or exchange, please follow our return shipping instructions found here or below. 

Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days upon delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your notice of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns and refunds please contact our Customer Service department.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


Exchanges

Contact our customer support letting us know the order number, unwanted item, and desired exchange. 

Follow the instructions for the return process to receive your return label.

Once we receive the return, we will send out the new item.

If new item price is more than original item, a new invoice for the difference will be emailed. Product will be sent once payment difference is recieved. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If this exchange is time sensitive please let us know and we can do our best to accomodate. 

We cannot exchange an item for the same item due to sales or discounts post original purchase date.  Coupons or discounts are not eligible on exchanges. 

Shipping Your Return

Return shipping is free.

Let us know the following information:

1. Order number and item to be return (or exchanged)

2. If item meets eligible requirements for a full refund

3. Dimensions, weight, and postal code of package sending back. Or if item is being repackaged in same carton sent to you originally. 

4. Reason for return. 

*Any items returned without our knowledge may not be eligible for a refund.

*Any items damaged due to poor repacking or missing original gift boxing may not be eligible for a refund.
