To start a return or exchange please follow the instructions below

Let us know the following information:

1. Order number and item to be return (or exchanged)

2. If item meets eligible requirements for a full refund

3. Is item is being repackaged in same box/wrapping sent to you originally? If not, let us know the new dimensions, and weight.

*If Postal code has also changed- please let us know.  We can only provide free return shipping for continental U.S orders only. 

4. Reason for return. 

 

If you are exchanging an item.  We will ship out your new item upon receiving and inspecting the return.  Please let us know if the exchange is time sensitive and we can see what we can do to accomodate if possible. 

*Any items returned without our knowledge may not be eligible for a refund. Return address may be different from where package was originally sent. 

*Any items damaged due to poor repacking or missing original gift boxing may not be eligible for a refund. 

*If a label issued is unused by end of return window (14 days upon delivery), it will be void and item no longer eligible for a refund.  

*If an item arrived to you damaged or broken, please send us a couple of detailed pictures- a return label may not be needed in certain cases.
