Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are by mail within the United States. The customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping.

To start a return, email zac@letusliquidate.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days after we receive the item.
